What is art therapy?
A gentle, creative way to explore emotions, reduce everyday stress and reconnect with yourself. The process matters more than producing a perfect artwork.

01 — Regular classes
A continuing creative practice you can join.
I run art-therapy classes regularly for groups, individuals and couples. Each session explores different materials and techniques, with space for personal expression rather than one fixed result to copy.
Before your first class
A gentle, creative way to explore emotions, reduce everyday stress and reconnect with yourself. The process matters more than producing a perfect artwork.
For people seeking personal growth, clarity or a new form of expression—and for anyone who wants to connect through art, alone, as a couple or in a group.
Groups share energy and creativity. Couples connect and communicate in a new way. Individual sessions offer a more personal creative journey.
No. You do not need to know how to draw or paint—only a willingness to express, experiment and discover. Every creation is valuable as it is.
Each class introduces a material or technique, followed by a guided creative exercise and time to develop your own response at your own pace.
Not at all. Paints, brushes, canvas and the other materials you need are provided. Just bring yourself; comfortable clothes are recommended.

02 — Organized by TK
Exhibitions, intimate gatherings and new artistic formats.
I organize my own events from time to time. They are not a fixed schedule: every new edition is announced here and through my social channels, with registration opening separately for each event.
Follow my Instagram or leave your contact details if you would like to hear when the next registration opens.
Past events

A multidisciplinary exhibition built around Abstract, String, Book and Sand Art, with interactive “Try it” corners that invited visitors to experience the materials themselves. The exhibition has been held three times: twice in Tbilisi and once in Barcelona.

An intimate event combining tea and sweets, live sand-art performances, a creative masterclass and open conversation. Tea Party with TK has been held three times, with each edition developing its own mood, guests and story.
